Saundra Davis is a voice of reason for Fairfax County schools, bringing independent thinking and practical solutions to education leadership. A proud mother of three adult children who all graduated from Fairfax County Public Schools, she has called Fairfax County home for more than 14 years. Saundra holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and master’s degrees in Health Care Administration and Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She brings real-world leadership experience from her work as director of a secure memory-care community, where she balanced budgets while meeting the needs of vulnerable populations, and currently serves on the Virginia Public Guardian and Conservator Advisory Board. A former candidate for the FCPS School Board At-Large, Saundra is committed to trust, transparency, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and working across traditional lines to deliver results for families in the Braddock District—always keeping students at the center of every decision.
